Our Mission

Truth. Love. Service.

Keeping God’s Truth at the center of learning,
nurturing a desire to Love Christ,
and cultivating a mindset for Service.

Centering on God's truth, we desire students build a foundation for understanding their world and their purpose within it. We believe all truth is God's truth, so as students learn and grow, this instilled premise is an anchor point that provides knowledge, wisdom, and joy: we know God knows them, loves them, and has a plan for them. His Word is sufficient in all things.

At the heart of our Christian education is how we nurture a love for Jesus Christ. As students grow to know and understand all aspects of God's beauty through art, mathematics, science, technology, history, and literature, we desire that they grow in appreciation of God's awesomeness and love. In turn, our desire is that students would respond by loving God and others well.

At the heart of the Christian life is active service on behalf of others. Our Lord came not to be served but to serve, and He calls each of His disciples to do as He has done and shown us to do. As our students grow to know and understand who God is and how He interacts with His world, our desire is for them to join Him in that interaction, to join Him in serving one another and our world.

We are preparing students heart, soul, strength, and mind.

When asked the greatest command, Jesus answered with a centuries old text, Deuteronomy 6:4, saying, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, strength, and mind.”  This passage forms the directive for all our efforts.

So that students are becoming:

  • Lovers of God who experience a close relationship with Jesus Christ, seeking above all things to Glorify His name and look forward to His coming
  • Seekers of truth who pursue a life that is firmly rooted in Christ, nurtured by prayer, and governed by God’s Word
  • Resilient disciples of Christ who demonstrate a heart of grace, worship, praise, and service, and who seek to make disciples of others

So that students are becoming:

  • God’s workmanship, fully aware that they are loved by Him and created for a unique purpose to bring glory to God and to know His direction and will for their lives
  • Equipped saints who are discovering and maturing in their spiritual gifts and abilities
  • Whole beings by being spiritually, physically, emotionally, socially, occupationally, and intellectually healthy, strong, and fit to fulfill our Creator’s plan for their lives

So that students are becoming:

  • Ambassadors of Christ who are prepared and willing to reach their communities with the Gospel
  • Authentic servants who desire to use their talents and energies to love and serve others

So that students are becoming:

  • Connoisseurs of language, literature and the arts, math, science, and technology, who affirm or refute their and others’ perspectives and beliefs through a Biblical worldview
  • Effective communicators in both written texts and multimedia platforms, and discerning evaluators of information they encounter from various sources
  • Curious adventurers who see God’s purpose in their lives in new ways through expanding their cultural understanding
  • Agents of renewal who recognize failure as a stepping-stone, learn from mistakes, adapt to change, and influence others to grow/transform
  • Reflections of their Creator by appreciating His beauty and responding through creative expression and innovation
  • Discerners of truth by developing critical thinking skills to question, problem-solve, evaluate ideas, and make wise decisions
